提出了小型反渗透膜系统优化设计的原始数学模型与经典数学模型 ,论述了运用现行设计软件进行经典模型的间接求解算法 ,导出了系统三维设计指标与三维优化解间的映射关系 ,分解了不同原水难溶盐饱和度下的设计方法 ,进而提出了“查表—修正”优化设计模式 ,该模式是对现行“试算—寻优”
An original math. model and a classic one are offered for small reverse osmosis membrane system designing. An indirect algorithm with a current design software is given for the classic math. model.The mapping relationship between three dimensional design binds and three dimensional optimized solution is derived. The methods according to different saturation degree of the sparingly dissolved salts in raw water are evolved. The 'checking table revising' optimized design model is achieved. It is a major amendment for the current'pilot calculation optimization'design model.
