摘要 研究了单穗留60、80和100粒果不同的疏果处理对红地球葡萄果实单果质量、可溶性固形物含量、果粒大小、果形指数、果穗性状和等级果率等相关品质因素的影响。试验结果表明:60和80粒处理对提高单果质量作用效果极为显著。3种处理都能显著增加果实可溶性固形物含量,80粒效果最为显著。3种处理均能促进果实生长,增大了果个,纵径较对照分别增加了12 %、8 %、4 %,横径分别增加了4.4 %、6 %、2.4 %。果穗的形状和紧密度以80粒留果量为适中。留果量与红地球葡萄果形指数、果实着色和等级果率呈明显的负相关关系。 The effects of three different treatments of fruit thinning (60, 80 and 100) on single fruit weight, total soluble solids, fruit size, fruit shape index, grape bunch characters and standard fruit ratio of Red Globe grapes were studied. The results showed that the grapes treatment of 60 and 80 fruit a bunch had the most significant effects on fruit weight, total soluble solids; all three treatments increased fruit size and shape index obviously. Fruit diameter were increased by 4.4 %, 6 % and 2.4 %,and fruit vertical length were increased by 12 %, 8 % and 4 %, respectively. The treatment of 80 was the ideal selection to grape bunch characters. The total fruit number per bunch was negatively interrelated with the fruit shape index, color change time and standard fruit ratio.
