原发性鼻腔非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床和病理分析(附17例报告)

Clinical analysis of primary nasal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(report of 17 cases)

目的 探讨原发性鼻腔非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)的临床和病理特征。方法 对 17例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 17例鼻腔NHL中 ,NK/T细胞淋巴瘤 9例 ,外周T细胞淋巴瘤 6例 ,B细胞淋巴瘤 2例。NK/T细胞淋巴瘤可见血管中心、血管浸润及坏死现象 ,外周T细胞淋巴瘤和B细胞淋巴瘤中未见。NK/T细胞淋巴瘤 9例全部死亡 ,外周T细胞淋巴瘤 6例中 4例生存 ,B细胞淋巴瘤 2例均生存。结论 原发性鼻腔NHL多发生于男性 ;NK/T细胞淋巴瘤较多见 ,具有较高的侵袭性和恶性度 ,预后更差。

Objective To study the clinical and histopathological features of primary non Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHL) of the nasal cavity.Methods Seventeen patients with primary nasal NHL were diagnosed and treated in our department.The clinical data of 17 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 17 patients,9 were NK/T cell lymphomas,6 were peripheral T cell lymphomas,2 were B cell lymphomas.NK/T cell lymphomas were characterized by angiocentricity,angioinvasion and necrosis.All patients with NK/T cell lymphoma died.Among 6 patients with peripheral T cell lymphoma,4 were alive.2 B cell lymphoma patients were alive.Conclusions Primary nasal NHL appear to have a male predominance.NK/T cell lymphomas were more common in nasal cavity.They appear to carry a more aggressive course,a higher malignancy and a poorer prognosis than peripheral T cell lymphomas or B cell lymphomas.
