微分脉冲阳极溶出法同时测定癌组织中的四种微量元素

Simultaneous determination of the four species of trace elements in cancer tissue with differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry

为了研究癌组织中微量元素的含量 ,用微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法不经分离就可同时测定癌组织中的锌、镉、铅和铜。实验表明这种方法具有不除氧、干扰少、分辨率好、准确度高等优点。用该法测定了胃癌组织、乳腺癌组织和结肠癌组织中的锌、镉、铅和铜的含量 ,相对标准偏差2 8%～3.1 % ,样品回收率96 %～104 %。

We studied the contents of trace elemems in cancer tissue for human health.Without separation,zinc,cadmiun,lead and copper in cancer tissue can be simultaneously determined with differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry.The result shows that the method is not only cleaned oxygen,but less interference,good resolving power and high accuracy.The contents of zinc,cadmium,lead and copper are determined in tissue of stomach cancer,breast cancer and colon cancer with the method.The relative standard deviation is 2.8%-3.1%.The recovery is 96%-104%.
