摘要
目的 评价安装起搏器术后患者 ,用 9790型程控仪调整起搏器可调参数的临床应用价值。方法 30例安装VVI起搏器治疗的患者 ,测定起搏器的电池电流 ,起搏阈值 ,电极阻抗 ,观察调整前后参数的变化 ,并对其进行对比研究。结果 调整起搏电压值后 ,起搏器的耗电量显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,使用寿命较调整前显著延长 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 根据程控仪测定的数据合理设定起搏参数 ,既可保证有效起搏又可节省电能 。
Objective To evaluate clinical application value of parameter in adjust programmable pacemakers with 9790 programming system.Methods Pacemaker battery current and pacing threshold and pacing leads impedance were measured in 30 patients receiving routine permament VVI pacemaker treament.Comparative study between before and after adjustable parameter variable value was conducted.Results Pacemakes bettery exhaustion number was reduced significantly( P < 0.001 )to adjusted pacing amplitude after.Pacemakes use life span was increased( P < 0.001 ).Conclusion The chronic pacing threshold voltage is suitably set up to above measuring data.It can economize electric energy and provide effectively pacing weanwhile that decreasing a pacemaker's electric power.
