交锁髓内钉与形状记忆合金联合在粉碎性骨折治疗中的应用

Application of Combination of Interlocking Intramedullary Nail and Shape Memory Alloy in Treatment of Pulverable Fracture

目的 探讨交锁髓内钉与形状记忆合金联合应用对粉碎性骨折的治疗效果。方法 选择临床上符合AO分类中骨干部分的B型、C型骨折病人 2 3例 ,开放整复后行交锁髓内钉加形状记忆合金固定。结果 9例股骨干骨折病人 ,骨折愈合期为 5～ 9月 ,平均 6 .9月 ,14例胫骨骨折愈合期为 4～ 6月 ,平均 5 .3月 ,与去年同类病人单行交锁髓内钉手术治疗的骨折愈合期相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 交锁髓内钉加形状记忆合金治疗粉碎性骨折 。

Objective o explore the therapeutic efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nail and shape memory alloy combination in pulverable fracture.Methods Twenty three patients with fracture who fulfilled the requirement of B,C types of bone stem portion in AO classfication were selected after opening and repairing,fixedation by combination of interlocking intramedullary nail and shape memory alloy.Results Nine patients with femoral bone stem fracture showed a cure period of 5～9 months(average:6.9 months).Forteen patients with tibial fracture showed a cure period as 4～6 months(average:5.3 months).All showed significant difference from that of similar type patients.Conclusion interlocking intramedullary nail and shape memory alloy Combination treatment of pulverable fracture might shorter the cure period of fracture.
