摘要
研究了SO2 -4/Nb2 O5作为催化剂催化合成尼龙酸二异丁酯的反应。通过正交试验确定了最佳反应条件 :酸醇物质的量比为 1∶2 .5 ,催化剂为反应物总量的 0 .35 % ,反应回流 2 .0h ,在此条件下酯化率可达 97.8%。
The diisobutyl ester of nylon acids from nylon acids and isobutyl alcohol over solid catalyst SO 2- 4/Nb 2 O 5 have been studied.The experimental results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of the acid to alcohol was 1∶2.5;the weight ratio of the catalyst to the whole amount of the reaction system was 0.35%;the reflux time was 2.0 h.Under these conditions,the yield of esterification was up to 97.8%.The catalyst SO 2- 4/Nb 2 O 5 featured high catalytic activity for the esterification of nylon acids with isobutyl alcohol ,and longtime of use,and the qualities of the product were very good.
