摘要
介绍体效应器件的谐波工作机理和“基波振荡 ,谐波提取”的理论 ,根据该理论完成了 6 mm信号的放大和倍频 ,成功的设计了从 X波段到 3mm波段的八倍频组件 ,大大节约了雷达系统的成本和体积 。
The harmonic working mechanism of Gunn device and the theory of second harmonic extraction out of oscillator fundamentals are introduced in this paper. According to the theory, doubling and amplifying the signal in 6mm wave are achieved, and an 8 multiplication subassembly from X band to 3mm wave band is designed successfully. Use of this subassembly results in great reduction of the volume and cost of radar system while maintaining the required performances.
