摘要
本文采用Bridgman方法生长了KMgF3 单晶。晶体生长参数 :在 1130℃、1.5× 10 5PaAr气氛条件下 ,以 4 .5mm/h的速度下降 ,下降结束后 ,以 1.5℃ /min的降温速度降温到室温 ,获得了直径 10mm ,长 4 0mm的单晶 ,测定了所获单晶的X射线粉末衍射图谱 ,讨论了真空条件与惰性气氛条件以及氧含量的控制对晶体生长的影响。
KMgF 3 single crystals were grown by Bridgman method. The growth parameters are as follows:under the Ar atmosphere and temperature 1130℃,pulling down velocity 4.5mm/h.The single crystal's size is 10mm in diameter,40mm in length.The crystals were characterized by the method of X-ray powder diffraction.The effects of the growth conditions,under vacuum and Ar atmosphere,on the crystal growth were discussed.The control of the oxygen content was also discussed.
