New High-efficiency Laser Crystal Nd:YGdVO_4

摘要 液相法合成了GdVO4和YVO4多晶料 ,提拉法成功生长了低浓度掺钕的不同钆钇比YGdVO4混晶。X射线荧光分析法分析了晶体组分。吸收谱和透射谱显示 ,Nd :YGdVO4具有更大的吸收半宽。不同Gd/Y浓度比的晶体激光性能有所不同 ,最大 1.0 6 μm激光输出达到 7W ,同时晶体在 1.34μm的激光输出超过了 3W。Nd :YGdVO4混晶是一种新的具有潜力的激光晶体。 GdVO 4 and YVO 4 polycrystalline materials were synthesized by liquid-phase reaction method and different Gd/Y Nd:YGdVO 4 mixed crystals with low Nd ion concentrations were successfully grown by the Czochralski method. X-ray fluorescence analysis method measured the components of crystals.The absorption and emission spectra show that the mixed crystals have larger FWHM.A laser output of 7W has been obtained at 1.06μm while more than 3W laser output can be shown at 1.34μm. Nd:YGdVO 4 mixed crystal is a new and potential high-efficiency laser material.
