Application of Composite and Technique in Preparation of Diamond Tools

本文报道了复合材料技术在工具制备中的应用。探讨了固态热压法制备金属基金刚石复合材料的成型方法 ,并研究了工具实际使用过程中金属基胎体与金刚石之间 ,工具本身与被加工对象以及加工设备和使用者之间的关系。

The application of composite technique in the preparation of tools was reported in this paper. The solid hot-pressure method in the preparation of metal-matrix diamond composite, and the relations between metallic matrix and diamonds,tools and processing objects, equipment and users in the practical use of the composite tools were discussed.
