摘要
依据项目管理理论 ,针对我国建筑企业在工程承包中对施工项目实行项目管理的情况下 ,对施工项目质量成本控制作了研究 ,并将完善建筑施工企业施工项目的质量成本管理 ,对降低施工项目成本 。
Based on theory of project management, quality cost control system of construction project in the situation that our country's construction enterprises carrying out project management in the project contract is discussed in the paper, and will perfect quality cost management of construction project and reduce construction project cost and increase its profitability.
