摘要
我们对90只(雌雄各45只)6～7月龄正常大白鼠血清反T_3(rT_3)进行了测定,其正常值为:雄性23.87±1.66ng/100ml,雌性24.29±2.18ng/100ml。这对开展rT_3的基础研究具有重要意义。
Serum reverse T_3(rT_3) levels in 6～7 months old, normal rats (45 male, 45 female) were determinated. The results shown as follow: male 23.87±1.66ng/100ml; female 24.29±2.18ng/100ml. The results are of great importance in basic medical studies on rT_3.
