摘要
在常温下使用Vortexx消毒剂对直接接触牛奶的设备表面进行消毒,验证了消毒后其微生物指标完全合格、冷消毒对保鲜奶产品口味和酸奶的发酵没有不良影响。与传统的热水消毒相比,冷消毒具有灭菌能力强、无需使用热源,缩短CIP时间以及即配即用等优点。
The surface of equipment that has contact with milk was sanitized by disinfectant Vortexx. It proved that the Vortexx had no negative effect on the taste of fresh milk and the fermentation of yoghurt, and microbe test resulted qualified. Compared with traditional sterilizing by hot water, sanitizing has stronger disinfect capability and shorter CIP time.
