摘要
甘蓝型油菜 8Z0 5和青油 10号为硼高效品种 ;Bakow 为硼低效品种。 2 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 1年度 ,硼高效品种 8Z0 5×青油 10号F2 代 5 88个单株种植在缺硼土壤上。花期调查缺硼症状 ,表现硼高效的单株数与硼低效的单株数之比为 5 74∶14 ;结实期分离规律与花期相似。这说明甘蓝型油菜硼高效品种 8Z0 5和青油 10号硼营养高效主效基因是等位的 ,同时可能存在微效基因的修饰作用 ,但微效基因的QTL可能不完全相同。 2个年度的试验结果一致。
`Qingyou No.10' and `8Z05' had been proved to be boronefficiency cultivars, `Bakow' be a boroninefficiency cultivar by pot culture experiment. The F2 population of `8Z05'× `Qingyou No.10' were planted in boron deficient soil from 2000 to 2001. At the flowering stage, the ratio of boron efficiency plants to boron inefficiency plants was 574∶14. The ratio at bearing stage was similar to the result of the flowering stage, which showed that major genes controlling boron efficiency traits in the two boron efficiency cultivars were allelic. Another minor genes probably had some contributions to the traits of boron efficiency, but the location of them may be different. The results obtained from 2001 to 2002 showed the same rule.
