摘要
本文针对铸件毛坯零件的特点,提出Z向式、法向式和毛坯余量均切式等加工方法, 系统地解决了该类毛坯的粗加工问题。该方法对零件造型没有特殊要求,可根据给定 的毛坯余量和轨迹层数生成零件的分层加工刀具轨迹。
The paper presents rough cutting methods such as Z direction mode, normal direction mode and stock-remaining uniformity cut mode based on the characteristics of casting-stock parts, which solve the rough cutting problems of that kind of stocks systematically. With no special need for part modeling, these rough cutting methods can generate layered toolpath by stock remaining and specified layer numbers.
