南海海绵Cinachyrella australiensis活性成分研究

Studies on the active constituents of the marine sponge Cinachyrella australiensis from the South China Sea

从中国南海海绵 Cinachyrella australiensis的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离出3个化合物,应用IR、~1H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR和MS等光谱分析技术,确定它们为鲨肝醇(Ⅰ),胆甾 4-烯-3-酮(Ⅱ)和α-23烷-甘油醚(Ⅲ)。本文是首次报道该种海绵化学成分研究。

Three pure compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract fraction of the marine sponge Cinachyrella australiensis collected from the South China Sea . Their structures were identified by IR、1 H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS as the follows :Batyl-alcohol,Cholest-4-en-3-one and α-Tricosane-glycerine ether. And the chemical constituents of this sponge were first reported in this article.
