摘要 目的 探讨一氧化氮与急性脑梗死临床相关性。方法 测定48h内入院的40例急性脑梗死患者血浆一氧化氮值,分别在入院未治疗前,入院后1周、2周、3周,4次测定值。结果 该组病人较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),但入院3周后脑梗死组已基本恢复正常。结论 一氧化氮与急性脑梗死具有相关性。 Objective To investigate the clinic correlation about nitric oxide and acute cerebral infarction.Methods To detect the plasma nitric oxide in 40 patients with acute cerebral infarction and less than 48 hours after falling ill. It was detected before therapy, one week, two weeks and three weeks after therapy respectively. Results The plasma nitric oxide in experimental group is significant higher than in control group ( P < 0.01), but it has been normal after three weeks' therapy.Conclusion It is correlative between nitric oxide and acute cerebral infarction.
