摘要
新时期加强和改进企业思想政治工作应在建设企业文化、贴近企业发展、坚持科技兴企、思想政治工作方法的改进等方面作进一步的探讨与分析。
Being aimed at the requirements of strengthening and improving enterprise ideological political work in new periods, this paper discusses and analyzes the aspects such as corporate culture construction, keeping close to enterprise development,insisting on enterprise development through science and technology, the improvement of ideological political working method, etc.
