摘要
当前 ,石油施工企业的管理仍然存在很多问题 ,集中表现在工程施工项目管理上。面对石油石化建筑市场的全面开放 ,研究和解决在工程施工项目管理中存在的问题显得尤为迫切。本文结合工程项目管理实践 ,从项目经理的选拔聘用、项目的评估和合同的签订、人力资源的优化配置和外部劳务作业层的管理、深化责任目标成本管理等方面围绕如何加强项目管理这个中心问题进行了探讨 ,并提出了相应的对策。
The management of petroleum construction enterprise still has many problems at the present, which mainly express in the project item management.Facing the overall open of petroleum and petrochemi- stry industry market, studying and solving the problems existing in project construction item management is particularly urgent. This paper combining with practice of project item management, deals with the central problem about how to strengthen item management from the aspects such as selection and invitation of project manager, assessment of item and contract sign, optimization disaposition of human resource and management of external service construction levels, and deepening responsibility goal cost management, etc. It also puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
