多管式低阻高效空气过滤器的阻力特性研究

Study of drag behavior of the multi-tube and low-drag HEPA filters

介绍了一种多管式高效空气过滤器。在不同风量下对各种试验规格过滤器的阻力和过滤效率进行了实验测定,分析了过滤器结构形式对其阻力的影响,讨论了阻力的变化规律。结果表明:该过滤器具有阻力低、效率高的特点,是一种适应我国国情,节能、价廉、有实用价值的新型空气过滤设备。

A type of multi- tube HEPA filter is introduced in the paper.The influence of its structure on drag behavior is analyzed based on the experimental results of drags and filtering efficiencies for the filters in different sizes under different flow rates,the regularity of drags being discussed. It shows that this type of filter is charactetristic of low drag and high filtering efficiency,and thus is fairly valuable to use in the country because of the advantages in lower price and energy saving.
