经尿道气化电切术治疗老年高危前列腺增生症

Treatment of senile high-risk prostatic hyperplasia through transurethral vaporization resection

目的 探讨经尿道前列腺气化电切术(TUVRP)治疗老年高危重度前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床应用价值。方法 42例高危重度BPH患者，先经个体化围手术期准备后，再行TUVRP手术，然后观察其治疗效果和安全性。结果 42例患者均能安全耐受手术，术后前列腺症状积分(IPSS)平均降低23分，残余尿量＜50ml。结论 TUVRP是治疗老年高危重度BPH安全、有效的方法。
