前牙外伤全脱位即刻再植18例临床观察

Clinical observation of 18 cases with immediate replantation of traumatically dislocated anteroir-teeth

目的 观察因外伤而致全脱位前牙行即刻再植术的临床疗效。方法 18例患者因外伤后致25颗前牙全脱位即刻再植，观察其临床疗效。结果 再植术后经观察临床效果优者15颗(60．0％)，良者7颗(28．0％)，差者3颗(12．0％)。结论 对于全脱位前牙的牙周膜妥善保护和处理是即刻再植术成功的关键；术后预防感染，及时进行报管治疗，可提高再植牙的远期成功率。
