摘要
分析了采用脉冲偏置电压读出电路的大面阵(320×240)凝视型非制冷焦平面的原理。根据处于脉冲偏置的红外热像仪噪声等效温差的表达式,分析了影响噪声等效温差的几个因素。数值计算表明:脉冲偏置时非制冷焦平面温度升高带来的误差,是影响热像仪噪声等效温差精度的主要因素。
The principle of large-array (320×240) staring uncooled focal plane array (UFPA) under pulse bias readout circuit is analyzed. Several factors that affect the accuracy of noise equivalent temperature difference(NETD) are demonstrated according to the equation of NETD of the infrared imager under pulse bias. Numerical result shows that the error which comes from the UFPA temperature rise under pulse bias contributes the most to the error of its NETD.
