摘要
在自然条件下通过多种处理比较了D38S与长光敏不育系N5 0 88S的发育与雄性育性光周期反应 ,结果表明 :在发育光周期反应上两类不育系的反应方向相同 ,而在育性光周期反应上 ,D38S的育性与N5 0 88S反应方向相反 ,在较大温度范围内短光照可诱导其完全雄性不育 ,长光照诱导高度可育。可以认定D38S是一份短光敏感型雄性不育水稻材料。
The growth and fertility on photoperiodic react of D38S and N5088S,a long photoperiod-sensitive male-sterile rice,have been compared under matural conditions after various kinds of treatment.The result showed D38S expressed male-sterile in short photoperiod condition and expressed fertile in long photoperiod condition. So, the fertility of D38S and N5088S was truly opposite but their growth was identical in the direction of photoperiodic reaction.Within a wide temperature rage ,short-time exposure to light will induce total male sterility while long-time exposure to light will result in high fertility.Therefore,it can be determined D38S is a short photoperiod-sensitive male-sterile rice.
