摘要
采用荧光分光光度法对凤阳地区部分饲料资源的硒含量进行了分析测定。测出了凤阳地区的苜蓿 ( 0 .10 2 μg/g)、白三叶 ( 0 .0 41μg/ g)、高粱 ( 0 .0 62 μg/ g)、小麦 ( 0 .0 2 7μg/ g)、玉米 ( 0 .0 2 1μg/ g)、麸皮 ( 0 .0 42 μg/ g)、酒糟 ( 0 .113 μg/g)、豆饼 ( 0 115 μg/g)、芝麻饼 ( 0 .13 7μg/g)、豆腐渣 ( 0 .0 71μg/ g)、血粉 ( 0 .3 5 0 μg/ g)、鱼粉( 1.62 1μg/ g)等 3 0种饲料资源的硒含量。结果表明 :动物性饲料中含硒量最高 ,谷实类饲料硒含量最低。
This article has been adopted Fluorescence Spectrophotometric analyse and determined the content of selenium in parts feed in gradient in FengYang area. It has determined the quantity of Selenium in thirty sorts forages. For example: lucerne (0.102 μg/g),clover(0.041 μg/g),KaoLiang (0.062 μg/g),wheat (0.027 μg/g),maize (0.021 μg/g),bran (0.042 μg/g),distillers grains (0.113 μg/g),soybean-cake (0.115 μg/g),sesamemeal(0.137 μg/g),soybeancurdresidue(0.071 μg/g),blood-meal(0.350 μg/g),fish tankage (1.621 μg/g),and so on. The result has been showed that the content of selenium in animal feeds is highest but grain feeds is lowest.And is also provide scientific basis for research of selenium and compounding balance forage of selenium.
