激光全息立体视仪在招收飞行员体检中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨激光全息随机点立体敏度检查仪的客观性和实用性以及其在选拔飞行员中的实用价值。方法 :应用军事医学科学院和海军总医院联合研制的激光全息随机点立体视检查仪对 372名招飞学员受试者进行立体视锐度检查。结果 :2min内立体视锐度≥ 10 0′者为 2 16名 ,占受检者总数的 5 8.1% ,2min内立体视锐度≥ 6 0′以上者为 110名 ,占总数的 2 9.5 % ;2min内立体视锐度≥ 5 0′以上者为 34名 ,占总数的 9.1% ;2min内立体视锐度≥ 4 0′以上者为 12名 ,占总数的 3.2 %。具有黄斑中心凹立体视者共计 15 6名 ,占总数的 4 2 .0 % ,具有黄斑立体视者为 2 16名 ,占 5 8.1%。无一例立体视盲。结论 :激光全息随机点立体视锐度检查仪是在直观自然状态下检测立体视锐度的 ,无需配戴红绿分视镜 ,避免了记忆和猜图现象 ,结果准确可靠。它对于用来选拔飞行员及相关职业的筛选有重要实用价值。 Objective:To prove and investigate the holographic stereoscopic vision tests that has been invented by general navy hospital and academy of military medical science is objective and useful,we have examined stereoscopic vision ability of 372 pilots having normal visual sensitivity with the stereoscopic vision tests and the results have been statistic and analysis.Methods:The stereoscopic vision sensitivity of 372 pilots were measured with holographic stereoscopic vision instrament that was designed by medical institute and general hospital of people's Li beration Navg Armg.Results:216 of subjects are at 100 ′ of stereoscopic vision ability within 2 minutes 58.1% in total. And 110 of subjects are at 60 ′ on stereoscopic vision ability within 2 minutes 29.5% in total. 34 of subjects are at 50 ′ on stereoscopic vision ability within 2 minutes 9.1% in total. 12 of subjects are at 40 ′ on stereoscopic vision ability within 2 minutes 3.2% in total. There are 216 volunteers of stereovision ability in macula. There are 156 volunteers of stereovision ability in center fovea of macula.Conclusion:The holographic stereoscopic vision tests can be applied to examine stereoscopic vision sensitivity exactly,which is an important,useful and objective method in order to avoid and prevent from volunteers memorizing and guessing the form or figure of picture. It makes examination of stereoscopic vision ability standardize. The results are trustworthy of application on pilots and persons who are in special occupation.[
