摘要
本文介绍了采用碱法、酸法、酶法、碱—酶结合法等从皮革工业废弃物中提取胶原蛋白的几种方法 。
In the present paper, such methods as alkalis, acids, enzymes, alkalis combined with enzymes and heat-extruded for preparing collagen from tannery wastes are introduced. The application and potential use of collagen in the food industry are summarized as well.
