Summary on the running of 40 kt/a ion-exchange membrane caustic soda facility

介绍福建湄洲湾氯碱工业有限公司4万t/a离子膜烧碱项目二次精制盐水、脱氯、电解、氯气处理等工序及高纯盐酸等装置的运行情况以及出现的树脂堵塞捕集器、纳氏泵机械密封泄漏、盐酸质量不合格等问题,分析了问题出现的原因,并逐项进行了有效的改进。

The running condition in some procedures,such as refinement of secondary brine,removal of chlorine,electrolysis and treatment of chlorine gas and the production of high-purity hydrochloric acid in the 40 kt/a ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant in Fujian Meizhouwan Chlor-Alkali Industry Co.,Ltd.were introduced.The reasons for problems arising such as the blockage of trap by resins,leakage of mechanical seal of Nash pumps and defective hydrochloric acid were analyzed.These problems were solved one by one.
