摘要
介绍了套管钻井技术在中国海洋石油钻井技术中的首次应用情况。该技术在中国南海和渤海 ,分别使用 50 8mm和 339.7mm套管钻井 ,进尺分别为 61 .4m和 50 7.9m ,平均机械钻速分别为 1 6 .1 2m/h和 32 .77m/h ,整个作业过程安全顺利 ,并且创造了第 1次在中国海域使用套管钻井技术并获得成功 ;第 1次在勘探井中使用套管钻井的方法 ,省去了传统隔水导管 ,实现了井身结构的简化 ;第 1次在渤海和南海西部创造了勘探井建井周期最短的最新记录。总结了一套使用套管钻井的成功经验和初步认识 ,对于今后在中国海洋钻井作业中进一步简化井身结构、降低成本、提高效率 。
The casing drilling (CD) technology was firstly applied in the drilling operation in South China Sea and Bohai Bay, using 508mm and 339.7mm casing, with footage of 61.4m and 507.9m, and average ROP of 16.12m/h and 32.77m/h respectively. The CD operations were smoothly carried out, with the following records set, i.e., first application of CD technology in China offshore with success; first application of CD technology in the exploratory well, simplifying well casing program by eliminating the use of conventional riser pipe; setting the shortest exploratory well construction period records in Bohai Bay and South China Sea. The practice of CD technology was very important for improving the drilling efficiency and cutting down the drilling cost in offshore drilling in China.
