中高含水井油套管碱性缓蚀技术

摘要 针对中高含水油井采出水矿化度高、SRB(硫酸盐还原菌 )发育及H2 S、CO2 含量较高易在油井井筒形成酸性环境 ,导致油套管腐蚀速度加剧的情况 ,研究了经济实用的非对称性NYS - 9碱性防腐技术 ,在长庆陇东油田进行了现场试验。室内评价试验和现场应用结果表明 ,这种含氮的杂环化合物 ,能有效抑制含H2 S、CO2 及SRB的高矿化度水中N80油套管的腐蚀 ,同时通过添加硫脲及表面活性剂对目标分子的复配 ,使缓蚀效率进一步提高。 A soul environment will formed and the corrosion of tubing and casing will intensified when the producing water has a high mineralization rate and contains SRB, H\-2S and CO\-2, an economical unsymmetrical alkli NYS 9 inhibitor was developed and applicated in Changqing Longdong Oilfield. The results of indoor and in site test show that this heterocyclic compound with N can inhibit the corrosion effectively of N80 tubing and casing in a high mineralized water with SRB, H\-2S and CO\-2,at the same time, the inhibition rate was improved with the addition of sulfur carbamide and surface active agent. It has a good use for reference to control corrosion of tubing and casing in oil with high content of water for the next step.
