摘要
本文通过对间甲酚装置中静态混合器的运行过程,工艺介质的分析,讨论分析了合金20,哈氏合金,铅等耐蚀材料在介质中的耐蚀性能及混合器的结构,提出了材料和结构的改进意见。
This paper described the operating procedure of the static mixer and its media,analyzed the mixer structure and thecorrosion resistence of some anticorrosive materials such as carpenter 20,hastlloy and lead etc, in different media.Then the reform inmaterials and structure is recommended.
