摘要 包钢热电厂煤粉锅炉原设计煤种为烟煤,掺烧一定比例的煤泥后在运行过程中出现很多问题,经过分析,确定了燃烧技术改进和设备改造方案,实施后锅炉掺烧煤泥仍能稳定燃烧,节约了大量燃煤。 Pulverized fired boilers of the Heat Power Plant of Baotou Iron &Steel (Group) Co. fried bitumenite. There occurred some problems in operation after a certain amount of silt coal was added. In the light of analysis, the plans for combustion technique to be improved and the plans for equipment to be transformed were determined. After implementation of the plans, the boilers could carry out stable combustion when the silt coal was added, which saved a large number of coal.
