宣威市东北部退耕还林工程荒山荒地造林地块补充途径

Complement of Planting Sites for Barren Hills Afforestation of the Project ‘Conversion of Cultivated Land back to Forests’ in Northeastern Xuanwei

在介绍宣威市东北部生态地位、地形地貌、泥石流发生状况、荒山荒地和坡耕地资源现状的基础上 ,对退耕还林实施过程中存在的荒山荒地造林地块不足问题 ,提出多途径解决的办法 :利用册外退耕地 ;河渠、道路、村镇周围空地 ;退耕地地埂等零星荒山荒地造林 ,以促进退耕还林工程的顺利实施。

After analyzing the ecological position, topography, landforms, condition of mud-rock flow, bare hills and lands, slope cultivated land, alternatives to deal with the lacking of wasteland and barren hills afforestation in the implementation of this project are identified. Those alternatives are using the slope lands without land certificate, the vacant lands around the aqueducts, roads and villages, the low bank of earth between fields and so on. The adoption of complement sites will promote the smooth progress of the project ‘Conversion of Cultivated Land back to Forests’ of northeastern Xuanwei.
