摘要
随着国际经济一体化的发展和贸易自由化的趋势 ,在传统的关税和非关税壁垒藩篱不断拆除的同时 ,西方发达国家纷纷采取隐蔽性更强、透明度更低、更不易监督和预测的保护性措施——贸易技术壁垒(Technical Barrier to Trade_ TBT) ,以阻止发展中国家的产品进入本国市场。因此 ,我们有必要研究贸易技术壁垒的作用机制 。
The present paper deals with the Technical Barrier to Trade-TBT,a protective measure for the Western developed countries to prevent the products made in the developing countries from being exported to their countries,in order that the barrier can be successfully surmounted.
