摘要
2 0 0 1年我国已正式加入世界贸易组织 ,根据世贸组织《服务贸易总协定》(GATS)有关原则和条款 ,我国将进一步开放旅行社市场 ,这必将对我国旅行社业产生重大而深远的影响。介绍了《GATS》关于服务贸易的一般原则以及我国目前旅行社业对外开放的现状及“入世”对旅行社业市场开放的承诺 ,分析了我国旅行社业所面临的挑战 ,最后提出我国旅行社业应走市场化、专业化、集团化、网络化、国际化发展道路的应对措施。
The present paper,introducing the general principles of General Agreement of Trade in Services(GATS),the present situation of China′s travel services and the promotion of china′s travel services made by China′s entrance into the WTO,analyzes the challenges and offers some measures for China′s travel services.
