Ⅲ期乳腺癌术前应用CAP方案辅助化疗36例

Application of CAP Regimen Auxilliary Chemotherapy on Preoperation Mastocarcinoma

目的 察CAP方案在Ⅲ期乳腺癌术前新辅助化疗的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法 在我院收治的36例Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者术前应用环磷酰胺联合阿霉素和顺铂(CAP)方案21～28天为一周期,术前化疗2～3周期后评价疗效。结果 36例Ⅲ期乳腺癌病例中CR4例,PR24例,NC7例,无一例进展,有效率(CR+PR)为77.8％,毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制和消化道反应,骨髓抑制Ⅰ-Ⅱ°22例61％;Ⅲ°4例11.1％;消化道反应主要为恶心、呕吐、Ⅰ-Ⅱ°23例占63.9％。结论 CAP方案对Ⅲ期乳腺癌术前辅助化疗,有效率较高,无一例进展,毒副反应可以耐受,有临床推广和应用价值。

Objective Observe the effect and side effect of CAP regimen auxilliary chemotherapy in treating mastocarcinoma Ⅲ. Methods 36 patients with mastocarcinoma Ⅲ are given CAP regimen (Cyclophosphamide、 Adriamycin, arid Cisplatin) for one cycle-of 21 - 28 days,after preoperation chemotherapy 2-3 cycles,evaluation of effect is conducted. Results a-mong 36 patients,CR 4 cases,PR 24 cases,NC 7 cases,the effection rate of CR+PR is 77.8%, the toxic and side-effect are mainly marrow inhibition and digestive canal reaction,bone marrow inhibition Ⅰ - Ⅱ ° 22 cases 61%, Ⅲ° 4 cases 11. 1%, digestive canal reaction is mainly nauseating, vomit,Ⅰ - Ⅱ °23 cases 63. 9%. Conclusion CAP regimen is effective and tolerable side - effect.
