语文教学要贴近生活是顾黄初先生语文教育方法论的基本点。语文教学应该全方位地把学生各方面的生活有机地联系起来 ,有意识地以语文课堂教学为轴心向学生生活的各个领域扩展 ,形成一个“辐射型”的整体网络结构 ,提高学生的语文修养和其他综合素质。

The basic idea of Gu Huangchus pedagogical notion of Chinese teaching is that Chinese teaching should be related to real life. Chinese teaching should connect students with the real life and, with classroom teaching as its center, consciously expand to all aspects of students life so as to form a integrated and radial network structure which will effectively improve Chinese education and the cultivation of comprehensive qualities.
