普通话水平测试应在坚持语音标准 ,执行等级标准 ,保证测试质量的原则下 ,对水平测试中的三对辩证关系 :语音标准的明确与模糊、评分尺度的定量与定性、测试操作的简约与精细进行研究 ,从而为普通话水平测试的规范化提供量化可行的处理措施。

Mandarin Level Test should be carried out by adhering to pronunciation standards and level standards to ensure the quality of the test. To observe these principles, we need to study the following pairs of dialectical relationships, that is, the explicitness and the vagueness of the pronunciation standards, the quantification and the qualification of the judgment yardstick and the conciseness and the fineness of the test manipulation so as to provide Mandarin Level Test with quantifiable and practical operation mechanism.
