On Making the School Affairs Public in Colleges and Universities

校务公开是政务公开的重要组成部分 ,是实现我国社会主义民主政治目标的一项子目标。我们必须统一和提高广大师生对推行校务公开目的、意义的认识 ,促进高校党政管理人员增强民主作风 ,确立群众观念 ,提高领导水平 ,主动、自觉地推行校务公开。

Making the school affairs public is an important component of making the government affairs public and a sub goal of Chinas socialistic political goals. We must deepen all teachers and students understanding of the purpose and the significance of this practice so as to strengthen their democratic workstyle, to adopt the mass viewpoints, to improve their leading ability and to make the school affairs public on their own initiative and consciousness.
