恶性肿瘤患者血浆白介素-18的变化及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:进一步探讨血浆白介素(IL)- 18水平在恶性肿瘤化疗前、后的相应变化及其临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA),对82例恶性肿瘤患者在化疗前、后及76名正常人的血浆IL-18、IL—6水平进行测定。结果:恶性肿瘤患者血浆IL—18水平在化疗前与正常人无明显差异(P>0.05),化疗后则明显低于正常人及自身化疗前(P<0.001),血浆IL—18水平是减低的,化疗后的2周内最低。化疗前血浆IL—6水平高于正常人(P<0.001)。结论:恶性肿瘤患者化疗后血浆IL—18水平明显降低,其细胞免疫功能是低下的。若适时的给恶性肿瘤患者补充IL—18,对于恶性肿瘤的治疗可能是有重要临床意义的。 Objective: To determine the alterations of plasma IL- 18 Ievel in patients with malignant tumor before and after chemotherapy treatment. Methods: The plasma Ievels of IL - 18 and IL - 6 were determined in 82 patients with malignant tumor and 76 normai individuals using ELISA method. In patients with malignant tumor plasma the measurements were taken before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, the plasma IL- 18 Ievel in patients with malignant tumor was similar to that of normai individuals (P>0.05) and, after treatment, it was significantlv lower than that of normai individuals (P< 0.001) and the lowest Ievel of IL - 18 was observed in the second week after chemotherapy. On the other hand, the plasma IL - 6 Ievel in patients with malignant tumor was higher than normai individuals before chemotherapy. Conclusion: These results indicated that IL -18 production decreased after treatment and the chemotherapy may suppress the cellular immunity in these patients. The results suggested that it was important to supplement IL - 18 to patients treated with anti - tumor drugs.
