哮喘病人血一氧化氮及其合成酶、血管内皮素的变化

摘要 目的:为探讨支气管哮喘与血一氧化氮及其合成酶、血管内皮素的关系。方法:测定了轻度发作的支气管哮喘病人31例及对照组30例的全血一氧化氮及其合成酶、血管内皮素。结果:哮喘组与对照组的血管内皮素分别为(44.45±25.76)pg/ml和(33.43±22.88)pg/ml(P<0.05),血一氧化氮两组分别为(37.65±17.20)μmol/ml和(42.81±19.42)μmol/ml(P>0.05),血一氧化氮合成酶活性分别为22.81±5.53和22.14±4.53(P>0.05)。结论:研究观察到血管内皮素可能在支气管哮喘气道炎症之中起重要病理生理作用,但未观察到一氧化氮及其合成酶在轻度发作的支气管哮喘病人中的变化。 Objective: To research for the changes of nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) , and endothelin (ET - 1) in peripheral blood of patients with asthma.Methods: There were 31 patients with mild asthma , 30 matched normai per-sons. The blood NO,NOS and ET -1 were determined. The statistical analysis of determination results was carried out. Results : The edtermination results of the asthmatic patients and control group were as follow: ET - 1; 44.45 ±25.36 pg / ml and 43±22.88pg/ml(P<0.05);NO:37.65±17.20μmol/ml and 42.81±19.42μmol/ml(P>0.05); NOS:22. 81 ±5.53 and 22.14± 4.53(P>0.05).Conclusion: The amounts of ET- 1 of asthmatic patients are increased comparing with normai con-trols. ET - 1 may play an important roles in mechanisms of asthma . No significant differences in NO, NOS were observed be-tween the two groups.
