腔内治疗前列腺增生并膀胱结石

The Combined Use of Transurethral Electro - vaporization Ablation and Pneumatic Lithotripsy for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia and Bladder Stones

摘要 目的:探讨良性前列腺增生症(BPH)并膀胱结石的有效治疗方法。方法:采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切(TUVP)结合气压弹道碎石术治疗36例BPH并膀胱结石患者。结果:手术时间35~150min,平均75min。术后3~5d拔除导尿管,排尿通畅,无电切综合征、膀胱穿孔等并发症。30例随访6个月~2年,IPSS由术前25.6±2.0下降至术后7.6±0.4(P<0.01),术后复查最大尿流率均>15.0ml/s。结论:TUVP结合气压弹道碎石术是BPH并膀胱结石的一种安全、有效的治疗方法。 Objective: To study the endourological treatment of combining transurethral electro vaporization(TUVP) abla-tion with pneumatic lithotripsy for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) and bladder stones. Methods: TUVP and pneumatic !ithotripsy were concomitantly performed for 36 cases of BPH and bladder stones. Results: In all the patients, BPH and bladder stone were successfully treated in one operation. No patient experienced TUR syndrome and the rupture of bladder. All the patients got normai micturation after the urethal cather being withdrawn 3 - 5days later. The 30 cases of patients had been followed up forl/2 to 2 years. IPSS decreased from 25.6 ±2.0to7.6± 0.4(P<0. 01). The maximum flow rate (MFR)was over 15.0ml/s in the all postoperative patients. Conclusion: The combined use of transurethral electro - vaporiza-tion ablation and pneumatic lithotripsy is an effective treatment with low complication for BPH and bladder stones.
