摘要
目的 :研究延寿口服液抗衰老作用。方法 :采用D 半乳糖 (D gal)制备衰老模型 ,测定延寿口服液对衰老小鼠血、肝超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性 ;脑、肝测定过氧化脂质 (MDA)含量 ;脑、心脂褐质 (LF)的含量和小鼠应激能力 :抗疲劳和耐缺氧实验及小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定。结果 :延寿口服液能明显使衰老小鼠血、肝中SOD活性升高 ,脑、肝中MDA的生成减少 ,脑、心中LF的含量降低 ,能显著延长小鼠游泳时间和耐缺氧生存时间及增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力 ,促进血清溶血素的形成。结论 :延寿口服液具有一定的抗衰老作用。
Objective: To study the anti senility effect of prolong life liquor. Method: The senility model was established by D galactose. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) was estimated for blood and liver of mice. The content of peroxide lipide(MDA) was assayed for brain and liver of mice. The content of lipofuscin(LF) estimated for brain and heart of mice. The stress power was observed. The ability of anti tired and tolerance hypoxia and phago-function of macrophage were estimated. Result: The activity of SOD was raised obviously in the blood and liver of mice and the production of MDA was reduced evidently in the brain and liver of mice and content of LF was decreased by Prolong life oral liquor. The period of swimming and the time of tolerance hypoxia were elongated obviously. The phagocytic power was reinforced for macrophage in the abdominal cavity of mice. The formation of serum hemolysin was facilitated. Conclusion: The prolong life oral liquor has some anti senility effect.
