摘要
目的 :测定水合氯醛对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC、MBC ,并考察培养基种类对测定结果的影响 ,探讨不同MBC测定方法的优缺点。方法 :液体培养基两倍稀释法 ,以胆盐乳糖和营养肉汤测定水合氯醛对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC ,并以不同的方法测定MBC。结果 :对大肠杆菌两种培养基中的MIC均为 3.12 5× 10 -3 g·ml-1,3种不同的方法所测定的MBC均为 6 .2 5× 10 -3 g·ml-1,对金黄色葡萄球菌 ,在营养肉汤中MIC为 6 .2 5× 10 -3 g·ml-1,3种不同的方法所测定的MBC均为 6 .2 5× 10 -3 g·ml-1,而在胆盐乳糖中其MIC、MBC均不能测出。结论 :水合氯醛对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抗菌作用 ,对G-的大肠杆菌 ,两种培养基对MIC、MBC结果无影响 ,但对G+ 的金黄色葡萄球菌 ,胆盐乳糖培养基可抑制其生长而影响其MIC、MBC的测出 ,不同的MBC测定方法虽各有利弊 ,但本实验的测定结果一致。
Objective: To determine chloral hydrate's MIC and MBC on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus , and to study the effects of different culture media and different method son determination of MBC. Method: Twofold dilution of liquid culture media was used. MIC and MBC were determind by different culture media and different methods respectively. Results: The MIC of chloral hydrate on two culture media were 3.125 ×10 -3 g·ml -1 , 6.25 ×10 -3 g·ml -1 was MBC determined by three different methods, the MIC of chloral hydrat on S. aureus cultured in bouillon was 6.25 ×10 -3 g·ml, MIC and MBC could be detected in cholic salt lactin. Conclusion: Chloral Hydrate had a strong antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Staphycococucs aureus. Two culture mediums have no effect on MIC and MBC in Escherichia coli. But on Staphylococcus aureus, the determination of MIC and MBC experienced the influence.
