摘要
成形车刀是根据工件廓形设计的专用刀具,鉴于其传统设计方法的繁复及低精确性,本文采用矩形法,针对 不同情况建立了一系列成形车刀刃形的数学模型,为其后的用微机设计刀具刃形,奠定了基础。
The shaped lathe tools is a kind of cutting tools for a special purpose which are designed according to the shape of workpiece. In the light of the complexity and low accuracy of traditional design,this article employs the principle of rectangle to set up a series of mathematical models, which paves the way for using computers to design the edge- form of the shaped lathe tools.
