摘要
本文从主体、时间、空间等对学生伤害事故的范围进行界定,着重分析学生伤害事故民事责任的归责原则和构成要件,并以学校责任为主线对学生伤害事故进行分类。
The article defines the scope of injury accidents to students in terms of subject, time and space. It emphatically analyses the criteri-ons and the necessary conditions of undertaking legal responsibility civil liability in the injury accidents to students. It classifies the injury accidents with the main line of school's duty.
