经阴道后壁直肠和阴道双重修补法治疗单纯直肠前突67例分析

Study of Double repair of simple rectocele trans-rectum and posterior wall of vagina with an analysis of 67 case Reports

目的 :观察经阴道后壁直肠和阴道双重修补法治疗单纯直肠前突的效果。方法 :6 7例单纯直肠前突患者 ,采用经阴道后壁切开 ,直肠前壁行柱状缝扎 ,阴道后壁修补的方法。结果 :6 7例单纯直肠前突患者 ,术后 6 4例 (95 .5 % )便秘症状得以完全缓解 ,其中 1例仍有轻度腹胀 ,但较术前明显减轻 ,随访 6～ 2 4个月 ,无症状复发 ;2例 (3.0 % )仍感排便困难 ,但术前需依赖手法排便 ,术后可自排便 ;1例 (1.5 % )无明显效果。无切口感染、直肠瘘发生。所有病例术后复查排粪造影均显示直肠前突明显改善或消失。结论 :经阴道壁直肠和阴道双重修补法治疗单纯直肠前突操作简单。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of double repair of simple rectocele trans rectum and posterior wall of vagina.Methods:67 cases with simple rectocele were treated by incision of posterior wall of vagina,suture of anterior wall of rectum in column and repair of posterior wall of vagina.Results:The constipation were completely alleviated in 64(95.5%)cases.1 case still had mild abdominal distension among them,but was more alleviated than before operation.The 6 to 24 months follow up shew no reoccurrence.Difficult defecation occurred in 2(3.0%)cases but could defecate spontaneously after operation while they needed help of hands to do so before operation.1(1.5%)case showed no obvious effect.No one had incision infection or rectal fistula.The defecatogrophy of all cases after operation shew that rectocele had obviously improved or disappeared. Conclusion:The double repair of simple rectocele trans rectum and posterior wall of vagina is easy in operation and effective.
