摘要
采用三相相转移催化剂(四丁基溴化铵-聚苯乙烯树脂),以乙酰乙酸乙酯和六次甲基四胺为原料,合成了1,4-二氢-2,6-二甲基-3,5-吡啶二甲酸二乙酯,探讨了反应条件对产物收率的影响,并对产品结构进行了红外光谱及元素分析表征.
A new process has been developed to synthesize diethyl 1,4dihydro2,6dimethyl 3,5pyridinedicarboxylate from acetoacetic ester and hexamethylenetetramine by catalysis of triphase transfer catalyst (PSTBAB), and the reaction conditions on the yield of the product were studied. The structure of the product was confirmed by elemental analysis and IR.
