摘要
目的:建立果糖-1,6-二磷酸二镁的水分测定方法。方法:采用以甲酰胺为基本溶剂、水为辅助溶剂的费体氏法。结果:平均回收率为99.92％,RSD为0.34％(n=5)。结论:本法可准确测定果糖二磷酸镁的水分。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of water in dimagnesium fructose-1,6-diphosphate. Methods; Two - solvent Karl Fischer titration was applied to determine the water in dimagnesium fructose-1,6-diphosphate,using fomanide as the main solvent and water as a solubilizing agent. Results ;The average recovery was 99. 92% with RSD of 0. 36% ( n = 5 ) . Conclusion:This method can be applied in the accurate determination of water in dimagnesium fructose-1 ,6-diphosphate
